If there is currently no vacancy available in the area you are interested in, then please register with us as we are constantly adding new roles all around the UK and we will be in touch as soon as there are vacancies in your area.

We have many clients who offer full training and require no experience, you just need to be friendly, empathetic and show a passion for wanting to help people. Many clients also value those who may have experience of caring for loved ones at home! So, if you want to begin your career in care, register with us and we help you on your journey.

Clients

If a candidate has been hired and they have left the position on their own accord and not in the result of a disciplinary or being let go by the hiring business, and is within the agreed time scales of our terms and conditions, we will replace the candidate for free!

Our basic recruitment services are free until you have hired a candidate introduced by us. We usually send our invoices once the start date for the candidate has been confirmed.

Yes! The majority of our team has spent time working in care homes and have worked their way through the ranks to high management positions. Yes! Before creating Care Match UK and becoming trainers for PCS, our Training Consultants used to use the PCS when they worked in a care home. They have real life experience and know PCS through and through as well as being Registered Managers on the system.

The amount of people within a training session is dependent on the type of training. Our usual training sessions cater for the following group sizes for our PCS training:

  • Device Training: Up to 10 employees
  • Senior/Nurse Training: Up to 6 employees
  • Management Training: Up to 3 employees
